Hexagonal poles are press-formed into a six-sided tapered section, offering a distinct faceted look that sits between the flat facets of an octagonal pole and a round conical pole. The geometry gives good rigidity and a clean contemporary appearance.
Ironic Steel supplies hexagonal poles hot-dip galvanized, on a galvanized base plate with anchor bolts and an access door, with single or twin bracket arms. They suit streetscapes and campuses that want a slightly different profile from the ubiquitous octagonal pole.
Poles are engineered for the luminaire load and site wind zone and can be over-painted to a specified shade.
