Swaged tubular poles use a swaging process to reduce and join successive tube sections, producing a smooth stepped taper without external flanges or collars. The result is a strong, clean pole that installs quickly and resists water ingress at the joints.
Ironic Steel fabricates swaged tubular poles to IS 2713 dimensions in both planted and base-plated forms, hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection. They are a popular choice where the economy of a tubular pole is wanted with a tidier appearance than a stepped-collar joint.
Bracket arms, base plates and door openings are configured to the project's luminaire and foundation requirements.
